Steve Jobs was a complicated character, and we are still waiting for a movie to do him justice. You won’t find that in the current iteration written by Aaron Sorkin and directed by Danny Boyle. There, you will find a portrait painted with broad strokes and artistic liberties that completely miss the man and his complexities and will unfortunately be watched as factual history by people who don’t know better. Join Nilay Patel and Walt Mossberg as they discuss the movie, Jobs’ life, and Walt’s own memories of his interactions with Steve himself.
