<p>MoviePass ex-CEO Mitch Lowe pleaded guilty to securities fraud on Monday over his involvement in a scheme to mislead investors, as <a href="https://variety.com/2024/film/news/mitch-lowe-moviepass-securities-fraud-guilty-conspiracy-1236146013/">reported earlier by <em>Variety</em></a> <a href="https://www.hollywoodreporter.com/business/business-news/moviepass-ceo-mitch-lowe-pleads-guilty-1236004318/">and <em>The Hollywood Reporter</em></a>.
