<p>It's nearly October 14th, the date by which a <a href="http://www.theverge.com/2011/8/24/2381609/apple-samsung-dutch-injunction">Dutch court ruled</a> that <a href="http://www.theverge.com/products/brands/samsung/70" class="sbn-auto-link">Samsung</a> must cease selling its <a href="http://www.theverge.com/products/galaxy-s/824" class="sbn-auto-link">Galaxy S</a>, <a href="http://www.theverge.com/products/galaxy-ace/2623" class="sbn-auto-link">Galaxy Ace</a>, and Galaxy S II smartphones in the Netherlands <em>if</em> it continues to infringe upon a <a href="http://worldwide.espacenet.com/publicationDetails/claims;jsessionid=BB2FA8082D42A6F9067C3E1C9E3AF2E6.espacenet_levelx_prod_4?CC=EP&amp;NR=2059868A2&amp;KC=A2&amp;FT=D&amp;date=20090520&amp;DB=&amp;locale=en_EP">single Apple patent</a>.
