<p>We were <a href="http://www.theverge.com/2011/10/24/2512174/htc-radar-4g-arrives-on-t-mobile-november-2nd-for-99-99/in/2276285">expecting</a> T-Mobile to put the <a href="http://www.theverge.com/products/radar/1588" class="sbn-auto-link">HTC Radar</a> on sale on November 2nd, but it looks as though the carrier decided to jump the gun a bit. Instead, the white Windows Phone is available right now on T-Mobile's site for $99.99 on a two year contract - after a $50 mail-in rebate.</p>
<p>The Radar has Windows Phone 7.5 Mango on board out of the box, naturally, and HTC has added its Hub app and some software tweaks to the 5-megapixel camera. Want to know more? <p>Rumored for some time, T-Mobile has confirmed that it is picking up the <a href="http://www.theverge.com/products/brands/htc/37" class="sbn-auto-link">HTC</a> <a href="http://www.theverge.com/products/radar/1588" class="sbn-auto-link">Radar</a> later this year. Unfortunately, the carrier isn't providing a hard release date or price - saying only that it will arrive "in time for the holidays." T-Mobile is also appending the infamous "4G" to the end of the name, but absent a specific mention of it in the press release we're not thinking the Radar will be a 42Mbps-capable phone like the HTC Amaze 4G or <a href="http://www.theverge.com/products/brands/samsung/70" class="sbn-auto-link">Samsung</a> <a href="http://www.theverge.com/products/galaxy-s-ii/198" class="sbn-auto-link">Galaxy S II</a>.</p>
<p>On the bright side, T-Mobile and HTC are keeping the all-white, aluminum unibody design. Specs on the Mango phone are otherwise the same: 1GHz Snapdragon processor, 512MB of RAM, a 1,52 …</p>
