<p>Following its earlier promise of a November launch, Mississippi's C Spire Wireless has detailed its plans for rolling out the <a class="sbn-auto-link" href="http://www.theverge.com/products/iphone-4s/2783">iPhone 4S</a>: November 11th is the date, and you'll be able to get it in your choice of all three capacities from 16GB to 64GB. Pricing is the same as you'll find elsewhere - $199.99, $299.99, and $399.99 on contract, respectively, though C Spire's offering of a $50 plan with 500 minutes and unlimited data will certainly be a draw to some.</p>
<p>Interestingly, the carrier's $50 and $70 plans specify that unlimited data excludes "streaming" - a testament to the fact that the FCC's not about to enforce the tenets of net neutralit …</p>
