Sources familiar with the matter say the company could lay off as much as <a href="https://www.reuters.com/business/world-at-work/meta-planning-sweeping-layoffs-ai-costs-mount-2026-03-14/?utm_source=braze&amp;utm_medium=notifications&amp;utm_campaign=2025_engagement">20 percent</a> of its staff, eliminating roughly 15,800 positions.
