It's been a few months since HTC and Verizon posted the first Gingerbread update for the Thunderbolt and then pulled it with little explanation, but fear not: it's now available once again. The changelog isn't too exciting, but there is a new power efficiency mode available, so we're hoping to see some battery life improvements. Let us know, won't you?
