We've known about the Samsung Focus S and Focus Flash for some time now, but haven't heard much in the way of solid availability intel. AT&T has finally rectified that, announcing via its Facebook portal that it will release the one-two punch of devices on November 6. The Focus S serves as the higher end handset and will retail for $199.99 on contract. It carries a 4.3-inch Super AMOLED Plus display (which remains at WP7's customary WVGA resolution), a 1.4GHz processor, and HSPA+ connectivity. As for cameras, the Focus S features both front and rear shooters at 1.3 and 8 megapixels, respectively.

What caught our immediate attention, though, is AT&T’s extremely aggressive pricing on the Focus Flash. At just $49.99 with a two-year agreement, it offers a 3.7-inch Super AMOLED panel along with a 5-megapixel camera. It too is powered by a 1.4GHz processor, though the carrier has yet to clarify if both devices share the same chipset. When you step back and realize that this is essentially a speedier version of the original Focus—albeit with a smaller screen—that price point seems more than reasonable.

Both devices will ship with the new and improved Windows Phone 7.5 Mango.
