It’s hard to believe that HP ever wanted out of the PC business — just a few days after announcing its new HP Slate 2 and business-aimed HP 3115m, the company has more PCs in store. Although, this time it’s turning to something a bit less mobile yet a bit more three dimensional: the TouchSmart 620 3D all-in-one. The TouchSmart is basically the 520, which was announced in September, but the 23-inch, 1920 x 1080-resolution display is now 3D-capable, has a dual-camera 3D webcam for making 3D home videos, and the whole package comes with a pair of active shutter glasses. Besides those tweaks, it’s still a multimedia monster with a Blu-ray player, 1.5TB hard drive, 3.1GHz Core i5 processor, and Beats Audio. Indeed, it’s a beast, but it won’t come cheap — it will be hitting on November 15th for $1,900.

For those looking for something a bit less expensive, HP’s also got the $299 2311gt monitor hitting tomorrow. Unlike the 620, it’s got a 23-inch passive 3D display, though it has the same 1920 x 1080 resolution and 2D-to-3D conversion. We got a look at both of them last week, and while we definitely came away impressed with the way the way 3D content looked on the 620’s panel, the 2311gt’s produced much grainer images and had noticeably worse viewing angles. Sadly, there’s no good way for us to be able to show you just how the 3D Puss and Boots trailer looked on the displays, but check out the two-dimensional hands-on shots below.
