Google just rolled out an update to its IOS Google+ app that finally adds some key features that were previously only available from your desktop browser. It’s not a huge update, but version 1.0.7.2940 adds full resolution image uploading, the ability to +1 photos, and yes, Google+ now offers the power of... search from within the app. Additionally, the old black icon has been dropped in favor of a deep red and white design more in line with the recent Google+ redesign’s notifications.
