HTC’s tool for unlocking the bootloader on certain Android devices has been updated to support more variants of the HTC Sensation, including the Sensation 4G on T-Mobile and various other versions for the rest of the world. HTC previously made the tool available for the EU HTC Sensation and the HTC Evo 3D. More are expected to come, but HTC’s commitment to offering unlocked bootloaders on all of its Android devices appears to be much reduced from the company’s original promise.
