The Samsung SCH-I515 just appeared on the Bluetooth SIG listing with CDMA and Bluetooth 3.0 radios. What’s interesting about this device is the claim by BGR that the SCH-I515 handset will be the first to run Google’s Ice Cream Sandwich flavor of Android when it launches as a Verizon exclusive in October under the Droid Prime / Nexus Prime brand.
