The American Museum of Natural History’s Hayden Planetarium Dome in New York will tonight host “Space Cruiser,” a 200-player space game. According to Space Cruiser’s creators, the game “transforms the theater into a living, breathing, spaceship,” in which players will navigate around a “beautiful fictitious universe.” The game is the result of a collaboration between Babycastles, an indie arcade collective operating out of Brooklyn, and designer Ivan Safrin.

Babycastles are also curating a “Space Arcade” outside the dome, featuring a collection of game cabinets from independent developers.
