A small update from Instagram on Monday lets users finally post full-resolution photos to their Facebook accounts. Previously, images from the photo sharing social network would appear as tiny thumbnails, requiring users click through to Instagram for higher resolution pics. With Facebook’s Timeline finally available, the larger images work just like photos you upload directly to Facebook — you can now click the star button to feature your Instagram snapshots on your profile. There’s no need to update the Instagram app; full-res Facebook uploads are available now.
