Dijit is a media navigation app with a gob of features, and its creators have announced that a universal version of the app with iPad support will launch sometime today. The app allows users to find and filter what's on TV, browse what Facebook friends are watching, manage their Netflix queue, look up cast and crew information, and use their mobile device as a universal remote with Roku or Griffin Beacon. If you've got a hankering to turn your iPad into a novelty-sized remote control, you can grab it from the App Store starting today.
