The Lumia 510 will include a 4-inch display, 5-megapixel camera, and 800MHz processor — making it one of the low-end Windows Phones in Nokia’s lineup. It also runs Windows Phone 7.5 at the moment, and we understand it will be upgradeable to the 7.8 release. Nokia is also planning another 4-inch low-end handset, codenamed the Flame, running Windows Phone 8. The Lumia 510 is expected to debut as early as the holiday season, with greater availability in early 2013.
