Infocom is behind a whole list of beloved text adventure classics, including Zork, A Mind Forever Voyaging, and the fiendishly difficult Hitchhiker’s Guide game. Wired has just announced that Infocom co-founders and Zork co-creators Marc Blank and Dave Lebling will be receiving the Academy of Interactive Arts and Sciences’ Pioneer Award for their work in games, and interviewed Lebling and another Infocom designer. The catch? It’s written as a piece of interactive fiction, so you’ll have to head over to Wired and start typing.
