Pippin Barr likes to make games with a wink and a nudge. If you played his last release, Let’s Play: Ancient Greek Punishment (it’s a lot like what it sounds), you’ll know what we mean. His newest game just hit on Friday, and it’s called You Say Jump I Say How High. The game gives you direct access to the heart of every platformer: the physics. You can tweak the gravity and your character’s mass and speed (and size) to your heart’s content, perhaps as subtle repayment for every time you’ve suffered through weak platformer controls in the past. Pippin also has a blog post admitting that the game is “broken,” and saying that he’s cool with it. We’re not sure we want this guy making the next Call of Duty sequel, but we’re certainly enjoying his current run.
