Americans will be able to get their hands on the Galaxy Tab 7.7 — so long as they don't mind signing up for a two year contract — for $499.99 on March 1st. We quite fancied the 7.7 when we first saw it at IFA last year, and we were impressed with Verizon's 4G LTE version of the tablet when we spent some time with it at CES last month. $499.99 is certainly a hefty chunk of change, but it's hard to resist that beautiful 7.7-inch, 1280 x 800 Super AMOLED screen in an under 8mm-thick frame, right?
