Nokia has announced that the Astound on T-Mobile will not be updated to Nokia Belle. Nokia's US Twitter account broke the bad news in response to a customer who asked when the update would be available. The Astound, which T-Mobile still offers via its website, launched with Symbian^3 just ten months ago and received an update to Symbian Anna back in November — and the Nokia C7 which it's based on can run Belle, so it seems this is T-Mobile's decision, not Nokia's. We've reached out to T-Mobile to clarify, and we'll let you know.
