Panasonic Lumix GF5 revealed in leaked photo?

It looks like the next entry in Panasonic’s GF series is coming pretty soon, if an image obtained by 43 Rumors is anything to go by. Skipping the unlucky-in-Asia number 4, the Lumix GF5 looks very similar to the preceding GF3, though now there’s a more substantial, rubberized handgrip that’s almost straight from the GX1. Ever since the GF2 the GF series has targeted the entry-level market with small body sizes and limited physical controls, and it doesn’t look like much is going to change with the GF5 — those who miss the GF1’s more hands-on style will have to make do with the similarly enthusiast-focused GX1. That said, there’s only so much we can tell about the Micro Four Thirds camera from this unofficial (and suspiciously Instagramesque) photo, so who knows what Panasonic may have up its sleeve.
