Toshiba is showing off a new tablet in Germany that has a 13.3-inch display and runs Android 4.0. The tablet, dubbed AT330, is on display at Toshiba World 2012 in Bonn, and Techfokus managed to get a close look and gather a few details. In addition to its massive size, which is nearly double that of the AT270, the AT330 also features a Tegra 3 quad-core CPU and a TV tuner — complete with an antennae that can be pulled out of the body. It also includes a 5-megapixel camera at the back, a 1.3-megapixel front-facing camera, slots for both a SIM card and full-size SD card, and an HDMI port. Unfortunately, that’s about all we know right now, as no other specs — or any release information — have been announced.
