Reports out of China suggest that HTC is prepping for the release of a new handset called the T328w, which will feature Android 4.0 and slots for two SIM cards. While nothing is official just yet, listings on several Chinese sites state that the handset will also include Sense 4.0, a 4-inch WVGA display, 512MB of RAM, 4GB of internal memory, a 1GHz Qualcomm MSM7227A processor, and Beats Audio 3.0 for a price of 1,999 yuan ($316). There’s no release date yet, and we’re not even sure if the phone will be available outside of China (where it will supposedly be known as the HTC Wind). But like the Nokia Asha line or the ViewPhone 5e, the support for two SIM cards suggests that the Wind will be aimed directly at developing markets.
