A couple of new Android handsets from Motorola have appeared on the Chinese regulator TENAA’s website, and Blog of Mobile has managed to uncover a number of specs for the devices. First up, the Motorola XT760 (pictured on the left) runs Android 2.3.5 atop a dual-core 1GHz processor, with a 960 x 540 TFT LCD display, and 8-megapixel rear camera. The images also show a front-facing webcam, but no details are offered on that. The XT760 is said to operate on standard WCDMA/GSM bands, meaning that while it could be seen outside of China, it’s almost certainly headed to China Unicom.

TENAA has also shown off the MT680 (pictured right), which takes a number of visual cues from the Motoluxe announced at CES. Again it’s running Android 2.3.5, though it’s using a Marvell chipset that looks to be a PXA 920, offering a 1GHz ARMv5 processor with TD-SCDMA connectivity. The handset offers a 800 x 480 display along with a 5-megapixel sensor, and will be available on China Mobile.
