At an event in Seattle today, HTC showed off a cover design for its flagship One X model, good news for customers and potential customers not happy with the white or gray on the phones themselves. We're told that there'll ultimately be two designs available in a variety of colors, though we were only able to see one of the designs — a perforated shell shown in four colors (black, white, blue, and red) that snaps on back.

The covers don’t appear to be available yet, but with AT&T poised to retail the phone in early May, we wouldn’t be surprised if these showed up in the carrier’s brick-and-mortar stores around the same time.
