Tourists in New York City are often told to “look up,” but long-term residents may also do well to heed that advice tomorrow morning — they might catch a glimpse of the Space Shuttle Enterprise. The shuttle will piggyback on one of NASA’s 747 Shuttle Carrier Aircraft, as with the recent Discovery flight over Washington, and fly at a fairly low altitude past landmarks like the Statue of Liberty. It’ll land at JFK and will travel up the Hudson River by barge to its final resting place of the Intrepid Sea, Air and Space museum in June. Tomorrow’s flight is scheduled to take place between 9.30AM and 11.30AM, weather permitting.
