Accessory site HTCPedia is selling an extended battery and the accompanying rear door for the HTC Droid Incredible 4G LTE before the handset has even been officially announced. The battery itself offers 2,100mAh, or a little over 25 percent more power than the stock 1,700mAh battery that will ship with the Incredible 4G. However, that extra power comes at the expense of the handset’s skinny profile — the battery bulge appears to protrude by around half an inch from the rear of the rest of the device. The replacement battery cover does keep the same basic design though, with the slightly angular textured back, engraved HTC logo, incorporated antenna, and entirely necessary Beats Audio logo all present. The battery will set you back $34.99, with the cover costing another $19.99 on top of that.
