We’ve been eagerly awaiting the release of director Ridley Scott’s next sci-fi flick Prometheus for some time, and it turns out that folks in the film industry are just as excited as we are. Gavin Rothery — best known for his visual design work on the excellent and quirky Moon — appears to have managed to get on set, and has posted a few pictures that provide a behind-the-scenes glimpse into Prometheus’s production. The black-and-white images feature the cast and crew on a range of sets, both indoor and out, and show Mr. Scott looking as intense as always. Rothery doesn’t appear to be working on the film himself — at least not according to Prometheus’s IMDb page — but it seems that helping create the look for a cult sci-fi classic has its perks.
