Soundcloud co-founder Eric Wahlforss dropped a bit of a surprise into a recent interview with GigaOm, saying that the music-sharing service may have a presence on TVs in the next two years or so. Wahlforss called the platform a “wildcard,” so it’s far from a guarantee. What’s clear is that Soundcloud will have an even greater focus on its mobile and tablet apps — according to the co-founder, the company’s vision is “being able to carry your sound with you everywhere.” While that might be a couple of years out, Soundcloud fans have the site’s “Next” redesign (currently in private beta) to look forward to, which is supposed to be rolled out across the board by the end of the year.
