It’s admittedly a very poor photo, but we can’t see any signs of tampering or editing. It appears to be a similar size and shape to the Droid 4, but with a larger screen and no physical buttons. That’s about all that can be surmized from this single blurry image, and the user didn’t gift us with any further details on the device.
