A move that will bring the tech behind Nokia Drive to any Windows Phone 8 device partner. Microsoft’s decision to use Nokia technology to power its maps service is not a total surprise: it already uses Nokia data to provide enhanced traffic condition functionality for Bing Maps and Windows Phone devices.
