According to Bloomberg, Google co-founders Larry Page and Sergey Brin will be questioned by the FTC as part of its ongoing antitrust probe, while chairman Eric Schmidt was reportedly already questioned on June 5th. The probe was first disclosed last June, and at the beginning of this year was expanded to include the social network Google+. Page and Brin have reportedly hired Washington-based law firm Williams & Connolly to counsel them, though it’s not clear when the interviews are set to take place. The probe is looking into whether or not Google unfairly promotes its own products through search results and according to FTC chairman Jon Leibowitz it’s expected to be completed by the end of 2012.
