It's been a bit of a journey for Sprint customers looking to get the Samsung Galaxy S III, but the day has finally arrived and the Android 4.0-equipped smartphone is now available from the carrier's website, as promised. Many of those who pre-ordered the device weeks ago have already received the phone, but for those who weren't ready to commit it's been a long wait due to manufacturing issues on Samsung's end. It may have missed its original June 21st launch date by quite a bit, but no matter: you can now head on over to Sprint and pick up the 16GB and 32GB models for $199.99 and $249.99 with a two-year contract, respectively. RadioShack and Amazon Wireless are both selling the device for a bit less than that, but it looks like neither has received full stock yet.
