Google’s latest update of My Tracks for Android has revamped the UI and added several new features, making it even easier to track your marathon training (or just rub it in your friends’ faces). The app, which uses GPS information to track and visualize your path, was first released in 2009 and hadn’t received a significant update until now. Most notably, version 2.0 adds the unique ability relive your journey by replaying it using Google Earth for Android, as well as track location statistics over time. Other updates include improvements to how location statistics are presented and a streamlined sharing process. The free, updated app is available now on the Google Play store.
