Guy Adams, the Independent journalist whose Twitter account was suspended after he posted an NBC executive's email, is back on the service. Adams recently posted a tweet saying that his account had been reinstated after NBC retracted the complaint.

Adams pretty clearly ran afoul of Twitter’s terms of service with the message, but his suspension still raised questions about Twitter’s relationship with other companies and its responsibility to users, especially after it was revealed that Twitter told NBC about the tweet in the first place. The tweet — part of a series of complaints about NBC’s coverage of the Olympics, often labeled #NBCFail — is no longer online for obvious reasons.
