The US release of the Samsung Galaxy S III was staggered amongst carriers, with the Verizon version set to be available starting July 10th. A few of our lucky readers began receiving shipment notices as early as July 3rd, and now, some Droid Forum users are reporting that they have already received their new handset. The carrier’s website and a Verizon Wireless store are still giving us the later release date, so it’s unknown if all who pre-ordered will get the same treatment.
