Rivera allegedly used online nicknames “neuron,” “royal,” and “wildicv,” and is the only suspect named in the recently-unsealed indictment, says Reuters. Cody Kretsinger was charged in September for his role in the same hack, and plead guilty to the same charges Rivera is now facing. Kretsinger is awaiting sentencing in October.
