Google has long offered specific geographic ad targeting, but this election season it's getting even more local by allowing users to target ads to specific congressional districts. Politico reports that the feature is already in use in some House races. In fact, Google has an entire "Four screens to victory" ad toolkit for advertisers, showing that it's well-aware of the record-breaking money that's going into politics this year.
