This contradicts a statement by one Anonymous member on Twitter, who claimed responsibility for DDoSing Go Daddy yesterday and has continued to take interview requests and answer questions through today. The user first tweeted about the attack shortly after Go Daddy announced the outage. Obviously, it’s better for Go Daddy if people don’t see it as a target for Anonymous or other hackers, but it’s also pretty flatly shutting down any speculation.
