LG’s gigantic 84-inch 3D 4K TV hit Korean stores late last month, but the company is unleashing its high definition excess in the US during October for $19,999.99. With a resolution of 3840 x 2160 on a seven-foot wide display, LG’s panel matches the same resolution as Toshiba’s own 55-inch 4K offering — but at around twice the price. LG’s set comes complete with 2.2 speakers and the company’s passive glasses Cinema 3G tech. LG is also planning to make the panel available in Europe and elsewhere in Asia later this year, but for now it’s limited to Korea and the US.
