Google Fiber’s mobile app, which first launched for Android and later arrived on iPad, is now available for iPhone and iPod touch. Aside from expanded availability, Google is also bringing broad DVR management functionality to the app. Fiber subscribers can now schedule, organize, and control playback of DVR recordings from a mobile device. With the latest update, Google is also promising that it’s easier to keep track of and jump to your favorite channels without needing to scroll down a massive programming list. Google Fiber’s mobile app is a free download on Google Play and the App Store.
