Vine for Windows Phone is now at feature parity with its iOS and Android equivalents. After initially debuting without drafts support last month, Vine for Windows Phone has reached version 1.1 today and now includes the ability to save and resume Vines. The rest of the app is almost identical to the existing release, with a slight visual tweak to the notifications icon the only other visible change. Vine on Windows Phone includes Live Tile integration with the ability to pin Vine users to the Start Screen, or a quick link to make a six second video. The updated version is available immediately in the Windows Phone Store.
