Looper was one of our favorite sci-fi movies last year, not least because of its fantastic vision of a future Kansas City. Atomic Fiction, the special effects studio that helped create the sci-fi cityscapes, has released a video breaking down some of the special effects it created for the movie. In the video, Atomic Fiction has overlaid graphics to show what was digitally added to each scene; it’s pretty stunning how well some of the additions blend with the real-world shots.
