It’s impressive to see how the VFX crew turned a barren Icelandic landscape into the ruins of modern civilization, or what went into the scale model of the movie’s iconic “bubble jet.” We’re hoping Oblivion’s story lives up to the lavish imagery, but as io9 points out, early reviews have so far been less than generous.
