Google has just announced a big update for what is unquestionably Glass’ primary purpose: photography. The key new feature among the “new hotness on Glass” is essentially an HDR mode – now, every time you press the camera button, Glass takes a sequence of shots and combines them into a single shot with better light and dynamic range. It does this on absolutely every photo, but Google promises it works even with moving subjects – typically a problem for HDR photography. You can also now add a caption to your photo right from Glass — just shoot, talk about the photo, and you’re done.
