Watch the time-lapse beauty of San Francisco fog in ‘Adrift’

Those that visit and live in the city of San Francisco know just how breathtaking the fog that rolls across the Golden Gate Bridge can be, and photographer Simon Christen has captured the beauty of that sight with a short film entitled Adrift. Comprised entirely of time-lapse footage captured in the San Francisco Bay Area, Adrift is the result of two years of work on the part of Christen. When it seemed like the right weather conditions would arise for fog, he would get up at 5 in the morning and head out to Marin where he would capture his footage.
