Lacey has been working online as a “cam girl” for almost three years, and now makes around $8,000 per month. The industry is estimated to account for more than 20 percent of the pornography business as a whole, with industry heavyweights like Vivid making more than half their money from “interactive entertainment,” a category that includes cam shows.
