The full-length trailer for The Leftovers is a haunting, moody vignette of society in the aftermath of what may or may not have been the Rapture. Damon Lindelof, best known for his involvement with the television series Lost, plays executive producer and showrunner for HBO’s upcoming adaptation of Tom Perrota’s novel by the same name. He also co-wrote the pilot episode alongside Perrota. The pilot, which stars Justin Theroux, will debut on June 29th.
