The web version of Google Drive now allows everyone to cast presentations to their Chromecast dongles. Previously, only a select group of users had access to the functionality. In order to use the feature, which can be found under “Present on another device” in Google Drive’s Present menu, users must be on the same Wi-Fi network as their Chromecast device and have the Cast extension enabled. Android support is currently unannounced.
