August can’t come soon enough. All the trailers for Marvel’s Guardians of the Galaxy have so far done a good job of balancing the action and comedy that come with teaming up a group of interstellar misfits. The latest one doubles down on that balancing act, while also giving us closer looks at who the characters are. In this international trailer, we see a little bit more of Star-Lord’s past on Earth and how he works with the team, all as they prepare to face the ever-present threat of Ronan the Accuser. But it’s Bradley Cooper’s loud, crass, and gun-happy Rocket who steals the show. At this rate, he’ll steal the whole movie.
